Two tablets contain extracts of holy basil, green tea, lavender, ashwagandha and saffron, plus magnesium and vitamin B6.
Check current amounts, directions and warnings on the manufacturer’s label.Pure Stress Release is a combination of five plant extracts with magnesium and vitamin B6. The composition includes ashwagandha, Asian basil, saffron, lavender and green tea - a source of L-theanine.
Magnesium comes in the form of bisglycinate. Together with vitamin B6, it helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and reduces the feeling of fatigue. Extracts have specific standardizations, given in the composition table. The manufacturer declares a vegan formula without artificial additives.

Ingredients: Asian basil herb extract (Ocimum tenuiflorum) (11:1), std. 2.3% ursolic acid; magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) (280:1), std. 40% L-theanine, std. 0.002% epigallocatechin gallate; glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lavender flower extract (Lavandula angustifolia) (10:1), Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) (6:1), std. 7% withanolides, 1% withaferin A; extract from stigmas of cultivated saffron (Crocus sativus) (2:1), std. 2% safranal, std. 4% crocin.
Manufacturer warnings: People with health problems (including diabetes, heart disease, liver and kidney diseases, thyroid problems, e.g. hyperthyroidism, autoimmune diseases), people before planned surgery or taking medications, among others. (antihypertensive, antithrombotic, antidepressant) should consult a doctor before using the preparation. Contraindications: hypersensitivity to the preparation's ingredients, the product is not recommended for children, pregnant women or women preparing for pregnancy, breastfeeding women, the product is not recommended together with the use of anticoagulant preparations.
Storage: The product should be stored closed, in a dry and cool place. Dietary supplements should be stored out of the reach of small children.
