Vitamin C supports the immune system, iron helps in the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and magnesium helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. The manufacturer declares the technology of prolonged release of ingredients. The amounts of individual ingredients are given in the table for one tablet.

Ingredients: calcium carbonate; stabilizer - microcrystalline cellulose; calcium bisglycinate; stabilizer - calcium sulfate; magnesium oxide, vitamin C; stabilizer - potassium gluconate, filler - cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agent - fatty acids (stearic acid); iron (II) gluconate, magnesium bisglycinate; choline bitartrate, inositol; glazing agent - shellac; copper bisglycinate, vitamin E; anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate); niacin; anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide; beta-carotene; glazing agent - talc; zinc oxide, potassium iodide, calcium D-pantothenate, manganese sulfate, zinc gluconate, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), D-biotin, rutin, citrus bioflavonoid complex, L-selenomethionine, hesperidin complex, vitamin B6, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), bisglycinate manganese, sodium molybdate (VI), folic acid, chromium picolinate, vitamin B12.
Allergens: Produced in a plant that also processes sesame seeds, peanuts, nuts, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk, soy, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, cereals containing gluten, lupins, molluscs, celery, mustard - hence the presence of these ingredients in the product.
