Vitamin B6 helps in the proper metabolism of protein and glycogen and reduces the feeling of fatigue. Chromium supports the metabolism of macronutrients. Lecithin is standardized to phosphatidylcholine. This is a tablet formula, separate from the Power Mins mineral complex.
