Folate helps in proper blood production and is involved in cell division. Iron supports the transport of oxygen, and vitamin D supports the use of calcium and phosphorus. The manufacturer also describes the product in the context of parenthood planning; Selection of supplementation during pregnancy and breastfeeding requires individual consultation.

Allergens: Produced in a plant that also processes soy, sesame seeds, peanuts, nuts, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, cereals containing gluten, lupins, molluscs, celery, mustard - hence the presence of these ingredients in the product.
