contact@calime.app · +48 533 223 143

Green Care is a tablet with powdered alfalfa leaf and magnesium. Four tablets provide 2000 mg of alfalfa leaf and 100 mg of magnesium; CaliVita®'s recommended daily serving of four to eight tablets corresponds to 2-4 g of alfalfa and 100-200 mg of magnesium. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance and normal muscle and nervous system function, and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The manufacturer recommends taking the tablets between meals. After two to three months, it recommends a one-month break, without giving the reason for it.
