The European shop charges in euros. Its published terms list card payment, bank transfer against a pro forma invoice and PayPal. Orders ship after payment.
Delivery depends on the destination and service. The shop terms list GLS, Paketa and PostNL and estimate 2–3 working days for Poland. The delivery table and terms disagree on Polish fees, so check the cost and any free-shipping threshold at checkout. The Polish PLN 250 threshold does not apply to EU orders.
Returns, withdrawal and complaints
The European shop names CaliVita International B.V. in Rotterdam as seller. Its published policy describes an additional product return guarantee within 8 days of receipt, including opened products, with proof of purchase and prior contact with support. This policy does not replace statutory consumer rights or the separate right of withdrawal.
