CALIME / RULES AND PRIVACY

Little tasks, good stories.

Rules version: 10 October 2026. Tasks are free and require no account or purchase.

How tasks are chosen

Everyone sees the same daily task, using the date in Europe/Warsaw. There are 60 all-year tasks and 10 for each season. Two all-year tasks are followed by one from the current season (spring: March-May, summer: June-August, autumn: September-November, winter: December-February). All-year tasks repeat after 90 days; seasonal tasks repeat after 30 days within their season.

These are optional ideas for everyday activities. Adapt them to your abilities, weather and surroundings. You can change, postpone or skip any task. They are not medical advice or a treatment plan.

What you can publish

People aged 16 or over may submit stories. Describe your own experience of a task. Choose anonymous publication or a name/nickname. No email address is required. You may attach up to two photos you own.

Review, publication and reports

A moderator reviews every story and photo before publication. They may approve or reject it; publication is never automatic. Approval checks the rules, not whether the story is factually true. Stories remain linked to the same task when it returns.

Report a breach using the report option on a story. Choose a reason and optionally describe the issue. You can also contact the operator with the story ID, an explanation and a way for us to reply. We review reports and withdraw or remove violating content. Authors may ask about a decision and request a second review using the story ID.

Story rights and removal

You retain rights to your story. By submitting it, you give Calime non-exclusive, free permission to store and display its text and photos in the tasks section and resize photos technically. This does not cover advertising, newsletters or AI training.

In “Mine”, you may remove your story and photos at any time, including before publication. The key is saved in this browser; keep a private copy to use it on another device. Clearing browser data does not remove a published story. If you lose the key, contact the operator; we may need information to verify authorship.

Data and privacy

The data controller is Michał Zarzycki, Technologiczna 26/22, 35-213 Rzeszów, Polska, NIP PL5170447369. Contact: contact@calime.app.

We process your submitted text, photos, chosen signature, activity date, language, task ID, consent date and rules version, and a hash of the management key. Publication of personal data relies on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)); reports and security rely on legitimate interests in protecting the service and people’s rights (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting a story is optional and not required to use tasks.

Before approval, materials are available only to the moderator. After publication, text, signature, activity date and photos are public and can be copied by others. Photo metadata, including EXIF and location, is removed. Materials are not sent to the AI chat or advertising tools. Hosting providers listed in the general privacy policy may have technical access.

Rejected and pending stories are removed after at most 90 days. Approved stories remain until consent is withdrawn or the feature ends. Reports are removed after 90 days. Removed stories are no longer available; backups expire through their rotation cycle. Plans, completions, revealed cards, drafts and story keys remain locally until removed or site data is cleared.

With optional analytics consent, Google Analytics measures general use of tasks and stories, such as visits, card reveals, saving or marking a task complete, and story submissions. We send the action name and the general section URL. We do not send text, titles, photos, signatures, access keys, task or story IDs, or activity dates. You may withdraw consent using cookie settings in the footer.

You have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Full privacy policy.
