Power Mins is a complex of ten minerals: calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, iron, copper, molybdenum, iodine, chromium and selenium. The product comes in tablet form and focuses on minerals.

Calcium and magnesium support the maintenance of healthy bones; magnesium also ensures proper muscle functioning. Iodine and selenium help in the proper functioning of the thyroid gland, and zinc - in the immune system. Power Mins is not the equivalent of amino acid Power Booster.

Full composition and manufacturer information

Ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide; stabilizer - microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer - potassium carbonates (potassium bicarbonate); zinc bisglycinate; filler - cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose salt, anti-caking agent - fatty acids (stearic acid); iron(II) fumarate; emulsifier - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate); manganese bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, potassium iodide, L-selenomethionine, chromium picolinate, sodium molybdate; glazing agent - shellac, anti-caking agent - talc.

Allergens: Produced in a plant that also processes soy, sesame seeds, peanuts, nuts, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, cereals containing gluten, lupins, molluscs, celery, mustard - hence the presence of these ingredients in the product.
