Evening Primrose Oil is a capsule containing oil from the evening primrose plant.
Check current amounts, directions and warnings on the manufacturer’s label.Evening Primrose Oil contains evening primrose oil. Its composition includes two unsaturated fatty acids: cis-linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid, abbreviated as GLA.
It is an oil supplement in capsules, concentrated on one plant raw material. The table distinguishes between the amount of total oil and the amount of individual fatty acids. GLA is a different acid than EPA and DHA found in fish oil products.

Ingredients: evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis) (72.2%), gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin).
Allergens: Produced in a plant that also processes soy, sesame seeds, peanuts, nuts, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, cereals containing gluten, lupins, molluscs, celery, mustard - hence the presence of these ingredients in the product.
