Mega CoQ10 Plus combines coenzyme Q10 with vitamin E, beta-carotene and selenium. The manufacturer declares 50 mg of coenzyme Q10 in one capsule. Beta-carotene is provitamin A.
Vitamin E and selenium help protect cells against oxidative stress. Selenium also supports the proper functioning of the thyroid and immune system. The formula differs from Super CoQ10 Plus in its Q10 content and serving basis; the term Mega itself is not an assessment of effectiveness.

Ingredients: rice flour, stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, water), coenzyme Q10, vitamin E, anti-caking agent: fatty acids (stearic acid), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate), beta carotene, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, L-selenomethionine.
Allergens: Produced in a plant that also processes soy, sesame seeds, peanuts, nuts, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, cereals containing gluten, lupins, molluscs, celery, mustard - hence the presence of these ingredients in the product.
