A newsletter subscription concerns messages from Calime. It does not register you as a CaliVita shop customer or place an order; you provide purchase details directly in the CaliVita shop.

We process your email address, selected markets and language, subscription and confirmation times, consent version, and delivery status to send information about new promotions. The basis is your voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and your consent to promotional emails under the Polish Electronic Communications Law. We activate the subscription only after confirmation. Refusing does not limit Calime; no account is created.

Unsubscribe using the link in every email, or contact us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. An email already being sent may still arrive. To change markets or language, unsubscribe and subscribe again with your new choices.

Email addresses are stored encrypted and used by our server and email provider (Hostinger, when enabled) to deliver messages. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising profiles. Active subscriptions are retained until withdrawal. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days. Withdrawal removes the stored address immediately; a non-public hash and consent history remain for up to 90 days to prevent abuse and document the withdrawal. Delivery records are deleted after 7 days. Encrypted backups are retained for 7 days; after recovery, withdrawals must be reapplied before mailing resumes. Provider delivery and security logs have their own retention rules.

You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability within the GDPR, and may complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made automatically. Further provider and transfer information: Privacy policy.
