SambuRex is a liquid formula with black elderberry extract, two echinacea extracts, astragalus and vitamin C. It is a liquid option for people who want to add vitamin C to their diet, especially in the colder months. One teaspoon contains fifteen hundred milligrams of five-to-one elderberry extract, equivalent to seven and a half grams of fresh fruit. The same serving provides one hundred milligrams of vitamin C, which contributes to normal immune system function. There is no added sugar or alcohol. Mix one teaspoon a day with a little water. Refrigerate after opening and use within forty days.
